My Thai


If your vacation happens to involve Phuket, Chiang Mai, or anywhere in S.E. Asia, you’d be remiss not to toast with a My Thai before takeoff.

Directions:

Muddle ginger and basil in a mixing tin. Add all liquids and shake with ice. Fine strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with a large Thai basil sprig.

Karma Reposado Tequila, fresh ginger, muddled Thai basil, pressed lime.

Ingredients:

2 oz. Karma Reposado Tequila
6 Thai basil leaves
2 ginger slices
1 oz. lime juice
1 oz. simple syrup
