Heart Beet


  • 1.5 oz. Karma Silver Tequila
  • 1.5 oz. beet water*
  • 1 oz. simple syrup
  • .75 oz. lemon juice
  • 5 cilantro stems
  • Cracked Pepper

Muddle cilantro in a mixing tin. Add liquids. Shake with ice. Fine strain into an ice filled glass. Grind two turns of finely ground black pepper on top. Garnish with a full cilantro stem.

*Beet Water
  • 6 small beets
  • 2 cups water

Clean and slice beets. Puree with water on high for 15 seconds. Strain out beet pulp. Bottle, label and date. Expires in 7 days.
