Hair of the Hummingbird

Upon arriving in your (ideally tropical) destination, you’re overdue for one of these delicious drinks. The egg white will restore your energy and the Karma will do the rest.

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a mixing tin. Shake vigorously with ice to emulsify egg white. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Karma Reposado Tequila, smashed pineapple, pressed lemon, brown sugar, egg white.

Ingredients:

2 oz. Karma Reposado Tequila
.5 oz. pineapple juice
.5 oz. lemon juice
.75 oz. brown sugar simple syrup
.75 oz. egg white
